The 1978 is the final year of the single overhead-camshaft CB750, the motorcycle with such a huge sales success that it became the bane of several manufacturers, and caused Honda to change their entire production process to suit the worldwide demand. Today the CB750K remains an excellent collectors bike due to its famed reliability, comfort, and extensive supply of affordable aftermarket parts.
Our model has original black paint with aftermarket headlamp ears and exhaust. The seat cover is brand new, as is the clutch cable. It has had a fresh oil and filter change and new brake fluid and flush.
While the kickstart doesn’t work, the electric starter works very well. Overall this is a good runner and rider, and while it serves as prime standard-frame classic vehicle, it would also make an excellent base for a custom project.
